Help with a commercial
Most answers are on the commercial's own page: the storyboard (the shot-by-shot plan) shows every shot and its price before you approve, and after approval you can reshoot a shot (make it again with new words or a new description), change lines in the editor and re-render, and download every shape. The helper in the bottom-right corner of any page answers questions about customcommercials.ai. If a shot or a price looks wrong, email the link and we will look.
Sales and agencies
Making commercials for clients? Tell us how many you make a month and who they are for, and we will set up an agency account with client workspaces, white-label share pages and your own domain. The agencies page explains how it works, and the developer docs cover the API.
